This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

Who we are. USCiVO is operated by Harsh Kapoor, ABN 35 735 896 263, based in Australia. Contact: support@uscivo.com.

What we collect.

• Your email address, so we can send your access code and reply if you contact us.
• Purchase records, so we can confirm your purchase and support your access. Your actual payment details (card number and so on) are handled by Paddle, not us. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic access records, such as when a device was activated and when the app was first used, so we can support your access and protect against misuse.

What we don't collect. We don't require an account. We don't collect passwords. We don't track you across other websites, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with. We use a small number of trusted providers to run USCiVO: Paddle (payments), Resend (sending your code by email), and Cloudflare (hosting and basic, privacy-friendly site analytics). They only handle what they need to do their job.

How long we keep it. We keep purchase and access records for as long as needed to support your access and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@uscivo.com. Note that we may need to keep some purchase records for legal and tax reasons.

Changes. We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
